Just came across this (http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_492558.html) article on the

web. It's dated 11th Jan 2002, so it's not new.
Seems the muslim boy was born with a tail and 9 spots on his body, and people think he's a reincarnation of a Hindu god.
