Just to add. This will be the last fluid for a while, it had a good run I like to think going for just over 3 years. So now its going down hill so we are stopping it for a while it could be 2 months it could be 6 we arn't sure.

Well i only went to one event of Fluid, i enjoyed one, besides one thing i didn't like, there wasn't enough room to dance, meaning it was practically a full house, but it was a good event, and i'm gonna miss Fluid, because it was an underage that was worth paying $22 dollars for :)

Look even if this event is great, there is nothing that can keep it around on any given long week end there will be 3 events.
Fluid is nota club that needs the numbers to rock, but the majority of people preferd to be cramed.
When Fluid does come back I can promise you that there will be a whole new attitude to it.
When it comes back rests heavily with the crowd that attends this event.

Why put on an event with so much potential when its not going to go ahead.
It isnt a permininte stop to it, it will be for 3 to 6 months. If the scene is still **** then maybe there will be one in 6 months see how it goes.

iv heard about fluid from cousins who've been going to this event FOREVER, they rate it highly amoung the underages, it's the BEST underage in the eastern suburbs, according to them. And they've been to alot of underages in the eastern side, including stages and fresh. All I hear about Fluid is how awesome the crowd (the quality of the crowd) and how hard the music rocks, even when the turnout isn't as large as expected.

andre, i don't know how protein can rank up as high amoung fluid, the crowd at protein are all around my age except they LOOK 9 YRS OLD. (I've seen pictures). the fluid crowd from what i've heard are all 16-17yrs old or at least LOOK it (hence, i'm allowed to rock it at fluid :D).

1,200 9 yrs olds at an underage is considered a dying underage too.

Fluid was pretty shitty,
It was WAYYYYY to hot for an underage.
People thought I was stoned or way too drunk because I could hardly move.
The only really good thing about the event was the crowd and the Music
the music was great lots of rnb and lots of house
the crowd was pretty good looking which is good for a change.
There was also a black out along Glen Ferri rd which was ****.

Lets wait untill things cool down befor we bring this back.

I must say, there are not that many event managers who can admit that their own underage didnt go so well or wasnt the best. So i respect you Jem for saying that it was shitty if that was what you thought. Also, how unlucky can Caseys be, fuse blew last time in the main room and black out on Glenferrie this time....I think the blackout hit the entire area because Kew and parts of Balwyn suffered from it as well.

Well Jem, back to the drawing board now ay? Hopefully when Fluid returns it will be bigger and better than ever. Good luck peder

It will be better. It will be more structerd I think to what people want and because of the three rooms its can cater to the main three types of music wanted to be heard.

Yeah i was driving threw kew last nigt on my way to Reza to get a Souvlaki from Souvlaki hut lmao and it did go out everywhere all around Harp hotel and that all blacked out! Hopefuli a gud event for all and cant wait till Fluid is back i woulda been there but it was to hott nice day at the beach lol

hey evry1 im kaz, im new :dance: but anyway i went to fluid last night and i liked it! fluid is one of, if not the only club that i can have a madd time no matter how many people come, the atmosphere was great and the people where really nice even though there wern't many of them. Some people didn't like it because it was too hot but i was fine, i guess i got used to it, because it wasn't packed i had room to dance and i could breath properli! i thought the bouncers were really nice, one even bought me a chuppa chup and then gave me a candy cane, he even let me wear his security hat :yoshi: oh and the music was so good, the rnb that was played was madd, i totali heart the dj! so yeah as you can tell i had a great night, i'v been to other fluids with more people but i still had fun!! i can't wait till the next one, with all the junky underages around now i think that fluid is the most consistent in producing quality events without packing in scum crowds. :thumb: goodluck jem with the next event :dance:

there were like 10 ppl all up upstairs when i got there, and there were ppl lingering at the front and around the back, but no one realy came in until bout 7, and even then the main room upstairs wasnt full...... BUT IT WAS MADDDD FUN

me and ma gals smothered ourselves in glow stick oil and were going crazy with the ice... seriously... that saved every1. THE ICE!

the crowd was awsum and i didnt think it was that hot coz a) there werent that many ppl so it wasnt that hot... and the air cons were damn good!

anyayz the balck out proved to be awsum coz everyone just went to the front and mucked around.... CANT WAIT 4 THE NEXT ONE

So many people were bored last night but i had a ball i was going crazy and sorry if anyone thought i was wierd!!! =( i got greased by this bitch in the toilet when i accidently opened the door and hit her and i apologised like 30 times but she thought she was all that and still greased she didnt say anything so i got scared and walked out hahaha... no toilet for natty =(... apart from that one girl i thought the crowd was awesommmeee and i didnt mind that not even one room was full because there was more room DuH and considering the heat you needed it. Wooo GOOD music GOOD people GOOD free drinks thankgod fluid has free drinks even the baratender told me i drink to much and wont have time to sleep that night LMAO =S. Yay i met Jeremy well i have before but didn't know it was lil_bro but then smart me pieced it together and was like WOWWW haha someone famous!!!! Your really niceee and you remind me of astro boyy =$. IMAROKSTAR i met jennifer too... i was on my way to fluid (running a 2 hours late) but i was so keen to go even if only for an hour or whatever. I was on my way to pick up a friend from the station so we can go, when her boyfriend called and told us 'dont bother coming there's only like 20 people inside'.. apparently the bouncers outside told him that there was hardly anyone inside. so instead of going we kicked back at my friends. hearing what people had to say, wish i went. oh well and it was meant to be my last underage hm.
