hey everyone i juss wanted to see if anyone knows what to do. when i clik the turn off button on my computer it doesnt turn off?? it restarts.. i went to control panel n tried changing the ooptions to turn off... but still doesnt work??

help please..

just hold the on button until the computer turns off, and try tommorow in the day or night if the same thing happens :)

That's how you get into the Windows start up options. Don't give off wrong advice.
Actually, from looking at your post history how about you start thinking about what you are actually typing.

The delete key is usually the key to get into the bios. However Intel motherboards use either f1 or f2, I can't remember. Most Dell, IBM, HP,"Name Brand" systems use Intel boards.

Just look at the motherboard manual you should have gotten with the system.

"Tab" is another key that's used on pre-builts sometimes
