As you can see, a lot has changed from the last version of our website, which had to be

totally revamped to sustain the large amount of hits we were getting (and still were whilst we were down) on a daily basis. Over the course of 2 years, we had gathered up a large list of ideas that

would improve our site.

This new website will make it easier for us to add and edit new information, pages, events, movies, concerts and fashion at a greater time interval, and taking less

time to remove the occasional page. It also means that certain and long time trusted users can also help us maintain the site, and also add to it.

Now, to talk about some things in detail:

First of all, the front page.

As you can see, the menu is still located at the top, but changed somewhat. We also decided to change our logo back to the Glow stick as it was

our original idea.

The News column will also be great. Now, everyday you can visit our site to find out the day's news - News which interests you. This sort of news is so hard to find, we

have the best in the business working day and night finding these articles for you ;)

Expect to find everything from your normal set of news -disturbing, funny and interesting- to the

occasional post from Dean and I. Also, if you have come across a news article, e-mail it to me (robert@melbourneunderage.com), and we'll put it up and credit you.
Second, the

forum.

The new forum has been designed so it can be incorporated into the whole website, and not just be another section of the site. The good thing about this is that we now have

the option of adding new features like:

 Leave comments underneath event details and under photos after the event has taken place.

 Write your own reviews for

events that have just taken place.

 Click on the club location to be shown the club profile and a mini map of the club's location.

 Click on the DJ's names on

the event details to see a profile of that
selected DJ and see what he looks like.

With everything good, comes something bad. With using a totally different forum means that our

some 480 large forum member database has been wiped. This does mena that our 3000+ email member database has can all sign up in the same week and get to know everybody that uses the site (for some

this will be the 2nd time).
Third, new areas.

Most of the new areas aren't finished off yet, but will be within the next two weeks. We have thought of some fabulous

ideas which will be designed around what this website is all about, the Teenagers of Melbourne.
