Go up the top where it

says "Forum" then go down to "Profile"

Go into your profile and scroll down to the bottom where it says "Avitar Options" Or something of that sort. Click on the button that says "Gallery"

and choose one...

Then click Submit...

As for the one in the sig, you just have to put the URL in, in the sig with all the internet image crap () around it...
