post your fav genres, wat styles all mess up together to make your music taste yours?

my fairly broad taste of music:

deep/funky/latin influenced house
downtempo breaks/funky breaks
latin/brazillian drum n bass
acidjazz/nu jazz/triphop/beats
progressive/minimal electronica

then, theres

alternative/60s rock
70s/80s funk
anything latin/cuban/brazillian

err... it sounds like you're a bit mixed up there.. are you sure you know what you're talking about? Downtempo and also funky? Progressive is minimalistic? bite my arse if it is.

hiphop rnb are my listening loves

but i am a drummer and i love jazz!!! it sounds so good on a fusion kit i swear to god!!

i dont listen to jazz tho...i just play it. downside is that 95% of it is fills. to much brain power to make up fills. i like it when its written down and i dont have to be creative.... meh
